Qorthos evidence format.

The spec defines the portable bundle, attestation envelope, trust report, organization trust root, and scope contract schemas.

Qorthos artifacts use QCJ-1 canonical JSON before hashing and signing. Verifiers check schema validity, canonical bytes, signatures, trust roots, evidence scope, signing scope, and issuer fields.

The schemas are published at qorthos.com/schemas/v1/. The verifier contract stays public so third parties can verify artifacts without running Qorthos.
